FLIPFLOP, SLOW PRESS AND CHLOE

Free tasting of Flipflop Fizzy Rosé and Fizzy Sangria Cans, Slow Press Chardonnay and Cabernet as well as Chloe Pinot Noir

Flipflop Fizzy Rosé Can: “Tastes like a light and refreshing rosé with delicate floral and berry aromas, followed by a semi-sweet, fizzy finish.”

Flipflop Fizzy Sangria Can: “A deliciously sweet citrus blend with zesty notes of orange, lemon and lime followed by a finish full of refreshing fizz.”

Slow Press Chardonnay: “Monterey County delivers a classic Chardonnay with a toasty finish. The Slow Press winemaking process magnifies fruit aromas and delivers notes of fresh apple, lemon, and pear. Slow Press Chardonnay is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months to develop a fullbodied, creamy mouthfeel”

Slow Press Cabernet: “Slow Press Cabernet undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged in American oak barrels for 9 months. This process delivers bold, concentrated flavors of dark fruits, blackberries and cassis, with notes of tobacco and leather. Its robust structure and firm tannins grip the taste buds, leaving a velvety finish.”

Chloe Pinot Noir: “Chloe’s Pinot Noir is an elegant yet complex wine that delivers structure, flavors and aromas. Using grapes grown in two distinctive cool climate regions in California, Monterey County and Russian River Valley, allowed for Winemaker Georgetta Dane to blend these amazing regions together. The Monterey County Pinot Noir provides flavors and aromas of wild strawberry, plum, and cherries, while the Russian River Valley Pinot Noir complements these fruit notes with spicy clove that adds complexity, richness, and aromas of fresh torn spearmint leaves. Georgetta cold soaked the whole berries for 4 days, fermented at cool temperatures to retain the fruit and pressed gently at dryness. The wine was aged in French Oak.”
