Grilled Jerk Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
cilantro, to garnish
pineapple chunks, to garnish

Directions
Mix the olive oil, thyme, allspice, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and minced garlic together in a small ramekin. Rub the spice blend into the pork chops.

Grill Instructions:
Prepare your grill according to the manufacture’s instructions. Cook on 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Allow the pork chops to rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and garnish with cilantro and pineapple chunks.

Grill Pan Instructions:
Heat the grill pan over medium-heat until hot. Place the pork chops and cook for 8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Allow the pork chops to rest for 5-10 fess parker chardonnayminutes. Serve and garnish with cilantro and pineapple chunks.
