Strawberry Pina Colada Lava Flow

Celebrate National Pina Colada Day on July 10th with this delicious, mouth-watering recipe.

Ingredients
8 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
12 oz frozen strawberries, semi thawed
½ cup 7UP®
10 oz pineapple juice
8 oz cream of coconut
1 banana
2 cups crushed ice
fresh pineapple wedges, for garnish

Directions
In a blender, combine thawed strawberries in syrup, Malibu® Coconut Rum and 7UP® then blend until smooth. Run through a fine mesh strainer to remove strawberry seeds or simply pour in another container and set aside. Rinse blender to remove mixture. Combine cream of coconut and pineapple juice in blender then blend for a minute or so until mixed well. Pour into separate cup and set aside. Place ice in blender with banana and blend well. Add pineapple/coconut mixture to banana/ice mixture and blend again until frothy and smooth; set aside.

Fill glass 2/5ths the way up with strawberry rum mixture. TILT the glass and ever so gently and slowly pour in white pineapple coconut mixture into tilted cup–making sure the mixture drips down the side to the bottom. Strawberry mixture will rise to the top. Serve chilled with a straw and pineapple chunks to garnish.
