The Maple Orchard

Ingredients
4 oz Bourbon
4 oz apple puree (about 2 apples)
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz maple syrup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Directions
Core, peel and quarter apples. Puree in blender until the consistency is smooth like apple sauce.

Add Bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon to blender and blend until combined.

Serve in a highball glass with a single large ice cube.
