Daiquiris The Best Way for Daiquiri Day

We’ll be honest, Liquor.com said it better than we could! Yes Daiquiris are still delicious as fruity and frozen, but we can’t help but appreciate how to best enjoy them the way they were originally meant to be enjoyed! Even the way Hemingway wanted it!

DAIQUIRI by Liquor.com

Ingredients:
1. 2 ounces light rum
2. 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
3. 3/4 ounce demerara sugar syrup*
5. Garnish: lime twist

Instructions
Add the rum, lime juice and demerara sugar syrup* to a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a lime twist.
*some people substitute the demerara sugar with simple syrup and add a little less for less sweetness if you prefer!


HEMINGWAY DAIQUIRI by Wayne Curtis

Ingredients:
1. 2 ounces white rum
2. 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
3. 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
4. 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
5. Garnish: lime wheel

Instructions
Add the rum, maraschino liqueur, lime juice and grapefruit juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.


BANANA DAIQUIRI by Liquor.com

Ingredients:
1. 2 ounces aged rum
2. 1/2 ounce banana liqueur
3. 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
4. 1/4 ounce demerara syrup
5. Garnish: banana slice

Instructions
Add the rum, banana liqueur, lime juice and demerara syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a banana slice.
