For Mimosas
Generally, we recommend going with an inexpensive Extra Dry sparkling wine. But, depending on your taste, you can really go with any sparkling wine. If you like sweet, go with Spumante, and if you like dry, go with a Brut or Prosecco.

What is the difference between Champagne and sparkling wine?
The difference is Champagne is made in the Champagne region of France. Other sparkling wine that is, for example, made in California is generally made in the same way, but because of where it was made, is not considered champagne.
