Billing Information

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Age Verification

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. All customers must be 21 or older to order from our site and are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their first order. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. In the event we are unable to verify your age (for example, if you have a Canadian or other non-US address), you may submit proof of age via e-mail at bremerswine@aol.com. Please call us for instructions on how to submit your proof.

Rare Wine Policy

All rare wines sold at Bremer’s Wine and Liquor have been acquired through licensed distributors or wholesalers at the time of initial release. No wine sold by Bremer’s Wine and Liquor has been sourced through private collections or under any circumstances where we have not been the sole owner of the wine. Each bottle has been carefully inspected by our experts and is properly stored in our temperature and humidity-controlled reserve room from the moment the wine is added to our inventory.

However, buyers of older and more fragile wines must make proper allowances for natural variations of ullage and general condition. Wines less than 10 years of age can be assumed to be in generally excellent condition unless otherwise indicated. Corked or otherwise defective bottles must be returned within 6 months of purchase with at least 75% of the wine remaining. Wine purchased after six months may not be returned. Furthermore, as is customary in the retail wine industry, any bottle in excess of 10 years old cannot be returned for any reason and the purchaser assumes all risk.

Local Pick up

There is no charge for local pickup at our store. Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order.

Local Delivery Policy

We are now offering local delivery to the following towns and cities Monday-Saturday.*

Minimum purchase: $50

Delivery fee: $5 on all orders

For same day local delivery orders must be placed before 12pm that day. Any orders received after that will be delivered the next day. (We do not deliver on Sunday; if an order is placed on Saturday evening, it will be delivered Monday).

All payments are required prior to delivery.

Orders will go out between 2pm and 4pm.

Legal Disclaimer

The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.

Return Policy

Once wine or alcohol leaves our premises we cannot accept it back as per U.S Federal regulations concerning alcoholic products. Claims can only be made on damaged goods.

Bremer’s Wine and Liquor has the highest respect for our customers and is firmly committed to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you during registration to any other institutions.

By registering to purchase on this website, you are automatically added to our e-newsletter, and direct mailing lists. If you wish to opt-out of our e-mail list, you may use the unsubscribe link included in every e-mail. To opt-out of either electronic or postal mailings, please contact the store by phone, mail or e-mail.

All credit card information is sent to a secure server, using encrypted data that cannot be received or deciphered by other merchants. If you are not comfortable with releasing your credit card information via our website, you may place your order by phone or fax.
