After more than a year of research and development we were able to produce a GIN with corn based alcohol produced in our distillery. Unlike most distilleries, we do not import any NGS (neutral grain spirit).
Tasting Notes
Our GIN has a complexity of flavors that allow it to stand on it’s own or pour well in any combinations. The most unique is Alpine Bilberries native to the Adirondacks. It is handcrafted in small batches of 250 liters (about 400 bottles) at a time. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only corn based gin on the market making it the only gluten free GIN available. This special formula not only creates a great tasting gin, but gives you an authentic taste of the Adirondacks.

- Liquor is available for in-store pickup or local delivery only.
- If your order is placed before 12pm for local delivery you will receive your delivery between 2pm and 5pm the same day. We do not deliver on Sunday, any order placed after 12pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
