Tasting Notes

The wine was cold fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks to further its wonderfully aromatic bouquet and delicate flavor profile. This light to medium-bodied wine displays vibrant, finely balanced acidity with notes of lime and grapefruit on the nose and flavors of citrus and passionfruit on the palate.

92 points || One of the most iconic Sauv Blancs in California, the fruit is mostly sourced from the St. Helena estate. Cold fermented in stainless steel, the aromas of lime and lime blossom are zesty, vibrant and clean. A subtle creaminess filled with notes of Key lime pie, mango and a hint of jasmine leave a sweetness on the finish. The acidity is sharply focused and bright.
