An appealing aroma of peach, perfectly structured to enhance any meal. Dry with elegant melon fruit and notable citrus character. A bright acidity, perfectly balanced.
Winemaking Information
Machine harvested mainly from the Broadview block. Crushed and destemmed, cool pressed and settled for two to three days then racked off lees. Cool fermentation took place over 3-4 week period. Wine was racked again and bottled. Finished IRF Dry style.
