Tasting Notes

This Cab has an opaque, glass-staining purple color and shows aromas of sweet fruits, black cherry, blackberries, licorice and graphite. The mouthfeel however is soft with silky tannins. More cherry and dark berry notes mingle with minerals and toasty oak. The finish is long and satisfying. The density and concentration suggests a long ageability, continuing to deliver rich, complex flavors for many years to come. Sadly it's limited but right now the price is right so grab it while you can.
