This delicate Gruner Veltliner offers a bright yellow color, typical aromas of green apples and also some white pepper. On the palate, there are clear citrus notes.
Vineyard & Varietal Information
Peter Binderer and Lazlo Károlyi created their first white wine in 1998. As Lazlo loves the taste of the important white wine variety Gru?ner Veltliner, he gave his name “Count Karolyi” to create the brand. This fresh white wine has a real varietal character with lemony aromas and a spicy, peppery touch typical of Gruner from Pannon, Hungary–a region spoiled by sunshine.
