Mead has customarily been known for its hearty, robust flavor, often tasting somewhat harsh, however. This harshness is a result of antiquated techniques which recommend boiling the honey and water solution prior to fermentation, a process which often destroys the elegant taste and aroma of honey.

Tasting Notes

Our traditional Mead is somewhat similar to customary honey mead formulas without the boiling process, which delivers a bountiful, robust flavor, but with no harshness. Produced with 100% pure honey with absolutely no artificial flavors or colors added.

Serving Suggestion

Pairs nicely with chicken, fish, pork, Chinese, lasagna or pasta.
