Tasting Notes
Estancia 2021 Pinot Noir is a velvety, deep ruby- hued wine with a light tannin structure. Our Pinot Noir opens with aromas of plum, cherry preserves and violet in the glass. The forward palate brims with layers of blackberry pie, fig and caramelized brown sugar that leads to a lovely medium long finish with a touch of toast.
