The color is straw yellow. The bouquet on the nose is very elegant with the typical varietal scent of Williams pear. Dry, harmonious and fine taste with a good balance and a lingering fruity finish.

Its textures are weightier than expected with a silky feel, balanced by a core of stimulating acidity which lifts the expression and brings forward an alluring inner sweetness. The cheeks pucker with salty, savory tension, with a note of tart granny smith apple dazzling the senses. Drinking window: 2020 - 2022.
