Taken off the still at a low distillation proof then intentionally aged at just 2 years for a fullness of flavor and complexity usually reserved for more mature bourbons. The result after just 2 years in the barrel is an incredibly robust flavor and proof that quality isn't solely defined by time. Inspired by its namesake’s post-Prohibition bourbon, Colonel James B. Beam boasts notes of vanilla, earthiness of nuts and oak and a distinctive caramel body.

Beam, this whiskey was taken off the still at a lower distillation proof, highlighting the flavors formed during fermentation and proving that age isn’t everything. The nose has notes of green apple, honeydew, and lemon peel, as well as old-fashioned donuts and vanilla birthday cake. The palate is green and malty but in a captivating way, with matcha powder and chocolate milkshake. A peppery, coffee-laden finish rounds out an unconventional drinking experience.
