Tasting Notes
This Napa Valley Chardonnay is rich in body and has a long satisfying finish. Bruised apple and lemon curd are just some of the complexities that peak through the butter and oak finish.
91 points || The entry-level Chardonnay is the 2018 Chardonnay Hungry Blonde, which is all from the cooler Carneros region of the valley. Pretty melon, lemon curd, and orange blossom notes emerge on the nose, and it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, moderate acidity, and a plush, sexy style that begs to be drunk. It's not for the Chablis-only crowd, but it’s balanced and undeniably delicious. It too is best drunk in its youth.
