The different parcels of Sauvignon Blanc have been combined to make a wine that is brimming with pure fruit flavours. The nose is lied and fresh with notes of passion fruit, blackcurrant and fresh herbs. The sweet fruit characters and crisp acidity, combine to create a palate that is fresh with a zesty mineral finish. Enjoy with fresh seafood.

Serving Suggestion

Serve chilled as an aperitif, alternatively a delicious accompaniment to smoked meats, especially smoked chicken or turkey, as well as more delicate game dishes.

86 points || This is a young, austere wine showing lots of reduction at the moment in the form of onion and Band-Aid. This will eventually blow off once the bottle is open or the wine is in a glass but may take several hours. In its place you'll find green bell pepper, lime, grapefruit and dried herbal notes, sliced through with tongue-tingling acidity. Fruit on the palate adds much needed fleshiness and softness. The texture is chalky, and an herbal note carries through to the finish.
