Portlandia Pinot Noir – 750ML

WE 91
JS 91

Tasting Notes

Youthful aromas of fresh red cherries and strawberries with hints of nutmeg and cedar box. Flavors are bright and focused with red fruit compote, kirsch, and red plums on the forepalate, finishing with typical Pinot richness and held in suspension with a solid core of acidity.

Wine Enthusiast

91 points || Despite the modest price, this blends fruit from some excellent Willamette Valley vineyards, including Olsen and Hyland. It's dark fruited, and the tennins are a little grainy, with broad flavors of espresso. Black cherry fruit comes out as the wine opens up and breathes, with accents of cinnamon.

James Suckling

91 points || Aromas of strawberries, cherries, flowers and baking spices. It’s medium-bodied with creamy tannins and crisp acidity. Rich and vibrant on the palate with spicy and fruity character.
