The French Can Can Rosè is composed of the grape varieties 80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The rosè is obtained by collecting the juice after about 12 hours of skin contact. Each grape variety is fermented separately at low temperatures. Then these wines are carefully blended to produce a complex character typical of the domaine. The French Can Can Rosè has a light red salmon color. Very aromatic nose with berry and floral undertones. Light and lively, with a pleasant taste.
