The French Can Can Blanc is composed of the 50% Muscadelle, 40% Sauvignon and 10% Semillon grape varieties. All grapes are pressed together and cold stabilized for 4 days. Temperature-controlled fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. Then 2 months of aging in stainless steel tank on lees.
The aromatic purity is characterized by the sauvignon grape. The nose enhances the floral and mineral notes. You will also find the whole range of notes of citrus and exotic fruit.
