The Bourbon Breakfast

I4oz Bourbon Whiskey
4mml pure maple syrup
2oz apple cider
1 oz Goslings ginger beer


Garnish with thick cut candied bacon. (Cook bacon on rack at 350 for 25 minutes. Rub with cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and maple syrup and bake for another 5-10 minutes in oven). Slit mini Eggo waffle and toast until golden brown. Served over ice.
