Beringer Brothers Bourbon Barrel Chardonnay
This wine showcases a bouquet of ripe apricot, vanilla beam, and buttered toast. Creamy and mouth-coating, the palate evokes apple pie and vanilla ice cream with caramel coming through on the lingering finish.
Beringer Brothers Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon
Beringer Bros. Honors the journey of Jacob and Frederick, Beringer to a young America, where they opened a winery that still stands over 140 years later. Fifth-generation winemaker Mark Beringer revives his family’s tradition of maturing Beringer wine in spirit barrels. This striking Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 60 days in American Oak bourbon barrels, features bold flavors of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, and toasted coconut, with a warm vanilla finish.
Beringer Brothers Bourbon Barrel Red Blend
This wine is bursting with aromas of ripe blackberries, roasted hazelnuts, and caramel. With intense concentration bolstered by Petit Verdot, this full-bodied wine has a creamy mouthfeel with ripe tannins and integrated acidity. The lingering finish boasts notes of toasted coconut, violet, and black cherry.
Tapestry Sauvignon Blanc
Tapestry Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and vibrant with classic lemongrass and citrus blossom notes. The palate complements the zesty aromas with bright, juicy guava, tangerine, and fresh grapefruit. Pair it al fresco with charcuterie, crisp salads, and light chicken or fish dishes.

Giving Back to Oneida County
We take great pride in giving back to our community, the community that allowed us to prosper over the many years we’ve been here. For the last six years we have hosted our own golf tournament, Bremer’s Charity Open. To date, we have been able to raise over $50,000 to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley. The event typically takes place at local Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton, NY.
