Stag’s Leap Winery Sauvignon Blanc
From the heart of Napa Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant aromas of citrus, green apple, and a hint of lemongrass. The palate is lively, with flavors of grapefruit and a touch of mineralogy. Crisp acidity and a clean finish make it a refreshing delight.
Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet is set each vintage as a Bordeaux blend, with soft and silky tannins and a plush, full mouth-feel setting it up for immediate enjoyment, although it’s built to age and develop further complexity. Aromas of dried herbs, cedar, clove and lavender join flavors of dark red fruit led by figs, black cherry, currants, boysenberry, huckleberry, raspberry, and evident oak spice are joined with more traditional Knights Valley tones of black olive, wild sage and mocha chocolate. Fine acidity and balance with an elegant structure lead to a lingering, memorable finish.
Beringer Napa Chardonnay
Flavors of roasted pineapple, ripe apples and lemon meringue are accented by aromas of vanilla and sweet citrus. The wine’s bright citrus notes and nice acid balance are an ideal counterpoint to its rich, honeyed fruit flavors.

Giving Back to Oneida County
We take great pride in giving back to our community, the community that allowed us to prosper over the many years we’ve been here. For the last six years we have hosted our own golf tournament, Bremer’s Charity Open. To date, we have been able to raise over $50,000 to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley. The event typically takes place at local Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton, NY.
