Bremer’s Exclusive Barrel Selection Elijah Craig Bourbon
This 9-year old bourbon is exclusive to Bremer’s Wine and Liquor, and was chosen by Eric Bremer to give our customers a unique bourbon with the quality you’ve come to expect from us, and from Heaven Hill Distillery.
Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond 7-Year Bourbon
Golden amber in color with warm notes of vanilla, honey, and a rich caramel sweetness on the nose. Smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness. Long and lingering on the finish.
Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon
Twice barreled for added complexity, Toasted Barrel takes Elijah Craig’s award-winning Small Batch Bourbon to new heights. After it’s fully matured, this Bourbon is finished in a second, custom toasted new oak barrel, where it’s left to develop even more sweet oak flavor. The result is a 94-proof Bourbon with notes of delightful spice, chocolate, and a hint of smoke. To fully enjoy its sweet oak complexities and long, smooth finish, it is recommended to sip Toasted Barrel neat.
Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Rye
In this expression, we imbue our award-winning Straight Rye Whiskey with even more flavor. Once fully matured, we finish Toasted Rye in a second, custom-toasted new oak barrel; adding a balanced layer of sweet oak complexity.

Giving Back to Oneida County
We take great pride in giving back to our community, the community that allowed us to prosper over the many years we’ve been here. For the last six years we have hosted our own golf tournament, Bremer’s Charity Open. To date, we have been able to raise over $50,000 to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley. The event typically takes place at local Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton, NY.
