French and Italian Wine Tasting
November 12 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Have a mini-tour of European wines at this complimentary tasting.
Pace Barbera D’Alba
Dense ruby red color. Fresh, intense nose with marked plum and cherry sensations. On the palate, it is imposing and warm with a long finish. Acidity is balanced and melds with the wine’s structure yielding pleasure and drinkability. Aftertaste is crisp with notes of jam. Ideal with pasta dishes, meat and charcuterie.
Fidora Valpolicella Ripasso
Fidora Valpolicella Ripasso is a biodynamic Italian red wine crafted using the traditional “ripasso” method for added depth and richness. It features vibrant notes of red cherry, dried fruit, and gentle spice, complemented by a smooth, velvety texture. Elegant and expressive, it pairs beautifully with roasted meats, pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
La Rose de Lisse Saint Emilion Grand Cru
Bright ruby with a violet edge. Pleasant, attractive and silky: juicy dark berry fruit — black cherry, plum and blackcurrant — lifted by floral notes and a delicate touch of wood. Medium-bodied on the palate with smooth, velvety tannins, subtle spice and a fresh, graceful finish. An elegant, forward Saint-Émilion built for early pleasure — drinking beautifully now and over the next 3-5 years.
