Horse Soldier Straight Bourbon
A nice copper hue. Caramel, toasted corn, oak, cinnamon and dark fruit nose. The taste is fantastic with hints of oak, vanilla, nutmeg, some mild black pepper spice, and a light bit of honey. Good balance, medium body and a warm spicy feel.
Horse Soldier Small Batch Bourbon
Our award-winning Signature Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is extraordinarily complex with notes of vanilla, ginger, and cherries. This “wheated” bourbon is made from small batches of meticulously blended mature bourbon and non-chill filtered to provide a full-bodied and decadent finish.

Our award-winning Reserve Barrel Strength Bourbon Whiskey is extraordinarily complex with notes of butterscotch, oak, and stone fruits. This barrel strength “wheated” bourbon is made from small batches of meticulously blended mature bourbon and non-chill filtered to provide a full-bodied and decadent finish.

Giving Back to Oneida County
We take great pride in giving back to our community, the community that allowed us to prosper over the many years we’ve been here. For the last six years we have hosted our own golf tournament, Bremer’s Charity Open. To date, we have been able to raise over $50,000 to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley. The event typically takes place at local Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton, NY.
