La Roche Cuvee Prestige
La Roche Cuvee Prestige tasting notes describe a non-vintage sparkling wine with aromas and flavors of green apple, ripe pear, brioche, citrus, and white flowers. It features fine, lively bubbles, a balance of freshness and richness, and a lively, clean finish with a subtle mineral note. This versatile wine pairs well with seafood, chicken, creamy cheeses, and roasted poultry.
The Little Gazelle of South Africa Sauvignon Blanc
A classic expression of Sauvignon Blanc specific to the strongly maritime climate and soils of South Africa. It shows a refined bouquet of lime and orange with delicate melon, fig and peach fruit notes.
Chateau Fage Blanc Graves de Vayres
This delicious white wine has a beautiful bouquet, nuanced between the citrus fruit touches coming from the Sauvignon Blanc and with an expressive style brought by the Semillon. Very well balanced on the palate, this crisp wine offers freshness and fruitiness. Perfect to drink in its youth and very food friendly.
Louis Latour Pouilly-Fuisse
The nose is, intense and floral, revealing notes of honey and acacia. The mouth is ample with freshness and white flower aromas. Nice minerality on the finish! Pairs well with seafood, assorted cheeses and other light fare.
Belles Eaux Pinot Noir
Rich and full bodied pinot noir with red fruit notes of cherry and cranberry combined with notes of figs and plum.
Luke Syrah
Luke Syrah is 100% Syrah and a full-bodied red packed with profound color, concentration of flavors and velvet elegance. The wine opens up rich and bold, suggesting pepper, licorice, dark chocolate, and spice followed by blackberry, blueberry, and candied fruits. A lengthy finish highlights the ripeness and complexity of the wine.
Luke Cabernet Sauvignon
Luke Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas dominated by marionberry and dark chocolate, accented by hints of mint and molasses. Supple, focused and expressive, layering coffee-accented blackberry and currant flavors with polished tannins and hints of cedar and smoke.

Giving Back to Oneida County
We take great pride in giving back to our community, the community that allowed us to prosper over the many years we’ve been here. For the last six years we have hosted our own golf tournament, Bremer’s Charity Open. To date, we have been able to raise over $50,000 to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley. The event typically takes place at local Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton, NY.
