Beringer Brothers Bourbon Barrel Chardonnay
This wine showcases a bouquet of ripe apricot, vanilla beam, and buttered toast. Creamy and mouth-coating, the palate evokes apple pie and vanilla ice cream with caramel coming through on the lingering finish.
Penfold’s Max’s Shiraz-Cabernet Blend
Ripe, balanced fruit flavours are supported by softly integrated oak resulting in an impressive, smooth red wine. It was introduced in response to a heightened interest in shiraz and cabernet blends – a classic Australian wine style that caught the attention of the international wine media.
Squealing Pig Rosé
Squealing Pig Sparkling Rose is characterized by its layered texture framed by fresh, vibrant acidity. Savory on the palate and perfumed with aromas of red berries and strawberry, this wine matches well with light pasta and seafood.
Matua Sauvignon Blanc
The first New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc introduced to market is still as pure as our first batch. The Sauvignon Blanc features lemony, citrus notes and a hint of vibrant passionfruit and basil. The palate is fresh and vibrant with concentrated blackcurrant leaf and a hint of cut-grass and green melon. So refreshing, you’ll be left wanting another glass.

Giving Back to Oneida County
We take great pride in giving back to our community, the community that allowed us to prosper over the many years we’ve been here. For the last six years we have hosted our own golf tournament, Bremer’s Charity Open. To date, we have been able to raise over $50,000 to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley. The event typically takes place at local Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton, NY.
