Scaia Garganega/Chardonnay: Picked by Tim
“Fresh and agreeable with a sustained acidity. Well-balanced softness and tang make it both inviting and
intriguing.”
~ Makes an excellent aperitif and pairs well with Fish with a light sauce.

Don & Sons Pinot Noir: Picked by Eric
“When poured, our 2012 Don & Sons Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir displays an inky ruby color in the glass. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes wild strawberry and dried tea leaves, with complicated nuances of Tahitian vanilla and violets. Sweet, supple and graceful in the mouth, the silky texture and lively tart raspberry flavors take shape on the palate. It expands nicely on the finish, leaving behind orange marmalade and notes of toasted cloves.”
~ Pairs well with vegetable bruschetta and roast pork

19 Crimes Red Blend: Picked by Garry
“Intensity resides within each pour of this blend. The bright hues of dark berry fruits shine as the strong vanilla aroma rises from the glass. Flavors of chocolate and cedar spice are accomplices in a finish that is soft, fruity, and fresh.”
~Pairs well with Brisket, try this mouthwatering recipe for Sweet and Sour Brisket

Cupcake Black Forest: Picked by Ken
“A dark, decadent red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Petite Verdot and Petite Sirah. The barrel aged Cabernet Sauvignon provides the powerful but elegant backbone and structure while the Merlot adds the dark berry nose and luscious mouthfeel. The Zinfandel adds a particular spiciness that you can only grow in California. PetiteVerdot, a winemaker’s best friend, always makes a blend taste better and adds a pretty floral aroma and purple hue while the Petite Sirah seals thedeal with its inky color and round tannins. ”

Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc: Picked by Tony
“Ferrari-Carano’s 2014 Fumé Blanc is a delicious wine with aromas and flavors of yellow peach, pear, quince, Meyer lemon, mango and fruit cocktail. This wine has bright acidity and crisp freshness from the cool, stainless steel tank fermentation, while the subtle oak character from barrel aging adds body, complexity and depth.”
~ Pairs well with seafood and spicy cuisine.

Graham’s Six Grapes: Picked by Josh
“This full-bodied, luscious wine is drawn from the same vineyards as Graham’s Vintage Ports. Blended from two or three years’ harvests, the wine is an average of five to six years old when bottled. It follows the Graham’s Vintage style very closely, although it has softened more quickly by being matured in oak casks rather than in bottle. Its extremely rich fruity style makes it a truly superb, rare and appealing Port.”

Plungerhead Zinfandel: Picked by Brittany
“The 2012 Lodi Zinfandel is dark garnet in color with some wonderful old vine character aromas. There are notes of blackberry fruit, spice cake, fresh tobacco, white pepper, and fresh strawberry. In the mouth, you experience flavors of dried cranberry, blackberry, blackstrap molasses, brambly Zin fruit, toasted walnut, and hints of mocha laced cappuccino. This blend finishes with notes of dark chocolate, dried cherry, vanilla from American oak, and deep toasted hazelnut from French oak.”
~Pairs well with Asian style short ribs and homemade lasagna.

Primus Cabernet: Picked by Rhonda
“Generous and juicy flavors of cherry, raspberry and blueberry are complemented by subtle notes of oak. A smooth silky texture and fine – grained tannins add balance providing a beautiful and lingering finish.”
~Pairs well with all meats, tomato based pasta sauces and flavorful, hearty dishes.
