Siduri Chardonnay
Siduri Chardonnay tasting notes vary by appellation but often include aromas and flavors of citrus (lemon, Meyer lemon), stone fruits (peach, pear), tropical fruits (pineapple), toasty notes (oak, brioche), and hints of vanilla, spice, and flowers. The wines are typically described as having vibrant acidity, a creamy texture, and a long, graceful finish.
Diatom Chardonnay
Aromas of lemon, citrus blossom and wet stone, alongside flavors of saline and white peach that round out this precise, balanced white wine. Diatom Bar-M Vineyard is sourced from the stunning contiguous blocks of clone 76 Chardonnay planted over 20 years ago in the Los Alamos region of Santa Barbara County. Los Alamos is a magnificent and relatively unknown region whose sandy loam soil lends itself to fruit with a bit more flesh and weight – perfectly suited to the diatom model.
La Crema Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Classic red wine aromas of black raspberry, forest floor and cedar are followed by flavors of pomegranate, cocoa and rich earth. On the palate the wine displays vibrant acidity and refined tannins.
La Crema Cabernet Sauvignon
Discover La Crema Sonoma Coast Cabernet Sauvignon, a premium red wine from top Sonoma Coast grapes. Enjoy aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and cedar, with velvety tannins and a balanced finish. Ideal with grilled steak or roasted lamb.

Giving Back to Oneida County
We take great pride in giving back to our community, the community that allowed us to prosper over the many years we’ve been here. For the last six years we have hosted our own golf tournament, Bremer’s Charity Open. To date, we have been able to raise over $50,000 to benefit The Boys & Girls Club of the Mohawk Valley. The event typically takes place at local Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton, NY.
