Tasting Notes
Aalborg Taffel Akvavit is the archetype on a clear Danish aquavit. It has a distinct flavor of mustard seed, but if you close your eyes, you can sense a discreet aftertaste of orange.
Serving Suggestion
It fits perfectly with a piece of marinated herring served with an onion. And there is a guarantee of success if it is served to a slice of sausage or pork stew with sour.
