Golden amber colour with rich, luminous reflections. Intense and complex bouquet; perfumed with scents of raisins combined with aromas of apricots, figs, dried fruit, wood, and honey fused with aromatic notes of a great personality.
Winemaking Information
Made from Malvasia di Toscana, Trebbiano Toscano, and San Colombano. The grapes are dried for 3 months before pressing, and aged in 100 litre oak caratelli for 3 years before bottling and a further 3 month maturation at the winery before release.
