Tasting Notes

Generous aromas of ripe black and blue fruits are highlighted by subtle oak spices. The palate is rich and velvety with dusty cocoa-like tannins. The dark fruit from the nose translates to the palate with layers of sarsaparilla, clove and espresso. A finely structured shiraz with a finish that lingers nicely.
