Our legendary apple wood smoked whiskey is carefully handcrafted and aged to perfection in our small batch distillery in Fairport, NY. We use ingredients from American farms and water from the glacier-formed Finger Lakes. The character of Iron Smoke is distinct and smooth tasting with a whisper of sweet apple wood smoke.
Winemaking Information
To commemorate Iron Smoke Distillery's 10th anniversary, we present a very special and extremely limited release, "Bottled In Bond." The "Bottled In Bond Act of 1897" was established to create a high-quality standard for bourbon whiskey. It authorizes that the bourbon must be aged for at least 4 years, bottled precisely at 100 proof, made by one distiller at a single distillery in one season, then aged in that distillery's bonded warehouse. Following these guidelines, Iron Smoke B.I.B. guarantees that this small batch is made from the highest quality local ingredients and delivers to pay homage to the great American distilling tradition.
- Liquor is available for in-store pickup or local delivery only.
- If your order is placed before 12pm for local delivery you will receive your delivery between 2pm and 5pm the same day. We do not deliver on Sunday, any order placed after 12pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
