Tasting Notes

The 2019 Rook Merlot leads with dusty notes on the nose, followed by aromas of blackberry and plum with subtle, savory hints of leather and black pepper. The palate has a nice mouthfeel with dry, balanced tannins and offers flavors of blueberry, dark red fruit and grilled meat, backed up by vibrant acidity and a long finish.
