A varietal Pinot Gris using South Australian fruit that shows aromas of nashi pear and vibrant citrus flavors. The palate shines with bright lemony and apple flavors with a crisp finish and clean acidity. A perfect all rounder and superbly friendly no matter what the occasion.
Winemaking Information
Healthy and problem free fruit is selected in the vineyard and then picked in the cool of the night and then rushed to the nearby winery for a fast and focused vinification. Fermentation is cool in a closed static fermenter before a short maturation on lees and bottling.
Vineyard & Varietal Information
Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilize expert canopy management to help to control ripening and vigor.
