Tasting Notes

One of the prettiest Bordeaux Blancs I've had. Fresh lemon and lime with a whisper of white grapefruit, followed by steely, stony mineral and dried wildflowers. The body is juicy and round, and balanced by the lively acidity and freshness of green herbs. A perfect pairing for white fish, soft cheese, salads, and shellfish. At a mere 11.5%, it is remarkably delicate and light, while still decidedly Bordelaise.
