Nose: A “juicy” nose, with characteristics of honeysuckle, green tea and pear juice.
Mouth feel: Perfect balance between the fruit and acidity. Tree fruit characteristics of banana, pear and peach. The Winemakers Favorite.
Serving Suggestion
Sommeliers sometimes call semi-dry Riesling daytime wines. Their whisper of sweetness is superb for light meals or salty snacks. If a dish is so intense or fiery try an off-dry Riesling. The residual sugar in the wine counters the heat, while the chiles in the dish make the wine taste less sweet.
